Pros: Central location, young tenants Cons: The property management company is in accessible. They fine you for everything they can think of. They charged me 8 $300 late rent fee and was never told the rent was late until it was time to move out. $300 unclean apt fee when we went back after it was empty just to clean. Scammers Advice to landlord: Fulfill your end of the contract
