Pros: It’s a beautifully renovated prewar building Cons: Management just appeases you to get rid of you and doesn’t solve problems such as neighbor problems infringing on me

Pros: Super friendly staff, didn’t have to pay for utilities while it was under renovation. Very clean new apartment. Cons: I lived here while it was under renovation, very loud construction noises during the day. Had to use basement entrance to get up to my apartment.

Pros: Clean. Staff Nice. Well Managed Cons: Under construction during tenancy. Annoying use of entrances.

Pros: Building is very well maintained and has a lot of on-sight employees who are available for maintenance problems and other issues. Building hosts happy hours and concerts in their courtyard and are very responsive to all emails / calls. Cons: We had one mouse but it was promptly taken care of by maintenance and never had a problem again.
