Pros: Location and a room size is really good overall well maintenance just the super is too young inexperienced Cons: Since the neighborhood is gentrified there are more and more younger residents and they are loud obnoxious annoying disrespectful Advice to landlord: Get a new super the guy has no idea how to work

Pros: There are no pros. Cons: The management toggles between unresponsiveness and harassment. There is no heat, there are no rodents, there are constant leaks and flooding. Avoid at all cost. They will try to put repair costs on you.

Unit 12 Pros: Mostly clean Has a rooftop Neighbors are respectful Nice area between line D and F Cons: Mail box is a mess Package keep got stolen Loud party noise from across the street Advice to landlord: Fix the mail box and the super is not really think trough when they have to do the work

Unit 9 Pros: It’s fairly quiet on a not too loud street but close to anything you’d like to do. Cons: We had some things break in our apartment and they took many many follow up emails to get someone out to help. This is New York but even for New York standard the apartments are tiny.

Unit 32 Pros: Good location. If you keep your apartment clean it’s a pretty cleanly apartment. Cons: Management is not prompt. Went months without A/C. Horrible communication. Advice to landlord: Please be better.

Pros: Good heat, thick walls, and consistent pest removal and trash pickup. Cons: Unresponsive owners. If anything breaks, expect a long time to get it fixed; the door to the building was broken for months and we had to go through the trash hallway. If you forget your keys, don't expect a response from the super or owner. Advice to landlord: Respond more timely to tenants.

Pros: Clean affordable great location key fob entry Cons: Very small spaces. No closet space Advice to landlord: Some bedrooms are not legal sIze to be considered a bedroom

Pros: Hallways are cleaned regularly, stairs are wide and shallow, the building interior was obviously renovated recently with nice stone & hardwood floors, bright lighting in the hallways, and security cameras. Front door is secure. Very fast WiFi connection! Cons: Maintenance requests via the online portal are extremely slow, soundproofing between lateral apartments and through the unit doors is very minimal (but fine vertically). Steam radiator heat only turns on if the weather is below ~50 degrees so the units do get cold quickly especially with the drafty windows
