Unit 7B Pros: Ideal location, close to the waterfront and all the trains. Gym in the building. Some nice apartments with high ceilings. Cons: Poor maintenance of gym equipment.

Pros: - Really great staff/super/neighbors - Some nice amenities like gym, rooftop - Elavator - Able to put in full flex wall Cons: Some people don’t like the laundry room, I think it’s good enough

Pros: Big units. Good views of Manhattan. Very nice door men. Rooftop. Cons: Overall it was a very nice apartment. No big cons.

Pros: Door men are awesome, moving in is easy and the building is a good mix of young professionals and families. Cons: There is some construction going on on the outside of the building

Pros: The building was well maintained even though it had some older finishes. The doormen were always exceedingly nice and maintenance was quick and responsive! Cons: Sometimes would turn off power or not have hot water in the shower.

Pros: Management is responsive. Gym and laundry in building. Cons: Laundry could be updated. Advice to landlord: Invest in better laundry machines.

Unit 6S Pros: Doormen are all wonderful, A/C and heat are good, lots of space. Cons: Fitness Center doesn't get maintained enough, shower drains can be iffy even after snaking.
