Unit 7F Pros: - The team members: doormen & maintenance team are very kind and go above and beyond - Space: apartments generally well thought out to maximize sqft - water pressure: insanely good - Transportation: <6 min walk to 1,2,3,4,5,A,C,E,R,W,J Cons: -Neighbors: I’ve had bad luck with my neighbors (cleanliness issue, smoking issue, noise issue) - Rent increases are ~7%/~300 a year - sometimes need to go talk to the leasing office for someone to handle an issue, rather than work orders Advice to landlord: Proactively reach out on work orders if you have questions or concerns, instead of ignoring

Unit 15i Pros: Great prices for the apartments - I had a large 1 bed, high ceilings, big open kitchen for a very competitive price. There's also no building next door so depending on where you are in the building you get amazing light. There's also a great gym, great roof, and the staff is very nice. Across from Whole Foods and so many subways. Cons: Sometimes the elevators take a while, the maintenance team can be slow to respond to service requests (they are super nice, but I've lived in buildings where the service requests are filled much more quickly), and the building is on a busy street. I don't have a noise issue because I'm on the 15th floor but it's annoying to walk out of your building to packed streets.

Unit 12E, 5C Pros: Fast response from maintnance and office teams. Super friendly staff. Heard the new amenities are great. Cons: Depending on the floor you live on, you need to take 2 elevators to get to the roof top or Laundry. The floor was creaky in the summer. We Left the apartment sparking clean and was charged a cleaning fee. Had video to prove it. Emailed them and the charge was removed. Chief of maintenance was in charge of it. Rent increases were higher than expected. Advice to landlord: Lower rent increases

Pros: The building manager is lovely, the front desk staff are excellent, apartments provide good value and some pleasant views of Trinity Church. Cons: There is an issue with pest control and while most of the maintenance staff are friendly, sometimes the head maintenance person can be less than friendly. Advice to landlord: To keep the hallways cleaner, to have a talk with the head maintenance person to be more pleasant to tenants.
