Pros: We've been very happy living here. If you're on a lower floor, watch out for some of the noise from 6th ave traffic. Otherwise, no complaints! Cons: 6th ave traffic noises

Unit 34D Pros: The building's day to day management is fantastic. I cannot say enough about friendly, accountable, and helpful the doormen are. The porters and maintenance staff keep the building clean and in great shape. The gym is good enough. The building also has great events through the Gotham Real Estate parent company. Prices are reasonable although going up. Cons: Renewing the lease requires you to interface with the leasing company, and they are unfortunately the weak link here. I imagine they try their best but I've had my fair share of communication issues with them. Advice to landlord: I would really advise that you treat current tenants, especially long standing tenants with excellent track records, really well. Why not keep your good tenants, give them options on the lease renewal and communicate clearly.

Pros: Convenient location to subways. Excellent staff (doormen, porters, etc, all great). Good gym classes (pre-covid). Rooftop space is spectacular. Never saw a single pest. Cons: There's not much I didn't like. I only moved out because the neighborhood was too hectic and generally unpleasant. Advice to landlord: Nothing - they do a good job.
