Pros: Maintenance comes same-day which is a life saver. Package room and security are super organized Cons: The shower drains get clogged easily- especially on higher floors. Raise rent SIGNIFICANTLY when you resign

Unit 5001 Pros: Good train access, low noise, beautiful building Cons: Elevators can be slower than optimal at times and package room closes by 7pm which is difficult if you work late Advice to landlord: Recognize some nuance in pricing seems fully algo based

Pros: - Good (though pricey) restaurants / cafe downstairs - Very clean, quiet, upscale - Reasonably nice gym that is usually pretty empty Cons: - One side of the apartment, Cedar Street, can be quite dirty. However, the main entrance of the apartment is on Pine Street which is much cleaner.

Pros: Building is beautiful and historic, plus close to all train lines. Somewhat more space in some units than you might get elsewhere downtown -- because, FiDi. Doormen / concierge are mostly great, with a few exceptions. Maintenance is terrific, except the guys who smoke outside so it all comes right in the windows -- in a nonsmoking bldg. Cons: Management is terrible, and in constant flux. They drive rents up yearly, chasing all the people out every time instead of renewing. They're absurd to try and work with, and have evicted numerous people for bogus reasons. Overall not worth the headache. Advice to landlord: Try and keep people. Take care of your tenants.

Pros: Great building, love the doormen, and the package room is amazing!! Gym is great, crown shy is incredible, convenient location Cons: Creeking when it's windy, cedar street is gross, no outdoor space, got rid of the 18th floor rooftop Advice to landlord: Lower the rent, and make an amenities floor to retain tenants, especially outdoor space
