Pros: Responsive mgmt, nicely renovated apt Cons: Mgmt can try to cut corners which takes longer to achieve resolution to a problem, however, they will work until a problem is resolved. Advice to landlord: Hire certified professionals

Pros: The building was right on a hutch separating riverside drive from the cross street. It has great views of the water and nearby state park. The apartments on the inside are nicely renovated and homey. Cons: The lobby areas need work — it also takes a while before the management company chooses to put your name in the call box, which is extremely frustrating. As a result, delivery people for food and packages often don’t come into the building, forcing you to go down and get the stuff. Advice to landlord: Make the call box more accessible. Clean and renovate the hallways
