Pros: You’re close to a lot of train lines and the door men are SO friendly Cons: The elevators take forever - they’re always broken. The hallway walls are dirty. Management doesn’t care about their community they will rob you with random service fees and raising your rent an obscene amount after a year. They’re elitists

I’ve lived here for 2 years, so far been great. Management and maintenance are quick to communicate and resolve any minor issues I’ve had. Location is ideal. Bar staff is the best in the business. Highly recommend.

Pros: Clean and new building, beautiful amenities, renovated apartments Cons: Absolutely the worst, most unresponsive, unprofessional management I’ve ever experienced. They don’t seem competent in completing the simplest of communications. They also refused to update me with the status of my security deposit being returned until I took action with NY Attorney General. Advice to landlord: Hire people with communication skills and professionalism.

This building, in my opinion, is probably hands down the best building in the city and the reason for that is the operational management and staff. They do a fantastic job of making the building work like a well-oiled machine. The super is always responsive no matter the time of day, I've absolutely loved my time here so far. Let's not forget the intimate speakeasy and magnificent sky deck, the building is packed with golden amenities. The amenities coupled with the amazing service-oriented staff make living here a dream.

Pros: Doorman building, laundry in building. Thick walls (noise was never an issue but we had a corner unit), good amenities (but you have to pay for them), no pests or rodents in our apartment. Cons: Elevators would sometimes go out which was tough when you lived 30+ floors up. The gas line also went out for a good 3 weeks so we didn’t have an oven. The AC also wasn’t great.

The management and maintenance team go over and beyond to make this a great place! The amenities are hands down the best I've seen in the 10 years I've lived in FiDi and include a resident only speakeasy, golf simulator, and killer views.

I lived in FiDi before the pandemic and absolutely loved it. Like many millennials, I moved back with my parents in the suburbs during the height of the pandemic and am now looking to move back. This review is purely regarding my visit, which was horrible, and not regarding my time as a tenant, which I will never become. I inquired about on a specific apartment through StreetEasy. In the intervening days between my inquiry and my visit, the apartment skyrocketed $500 out of my price range, but I still wanted to see if I liked it enough to make it work. I asked the building management to squeeze me in on a weekend because I am currently based on Long Island, over an hour away, and my work hours prevent me from doing weekday visits. They knew this because I explicitly said this via email. When we showed up for the viewing a few days later, we were summoned to a small office halfway across the building. The leasing agent didn't even want to get out of her chair/office to greet us - just summoned us to come in and never got up and didn't even try to be friendly. We said we were there to view a certain apartment at which time she told us it was already rented! They didn't even give a courtesy email or call when they knew I was travelling far to come in and see the place. The leasing agent gave us a half --- apology but she didn't even really seem to care - probably because it was going to be less work for her. She offered to show other apartments but they were much smaller than I wanted and at a price that I was seeing for apartments that were over 100 square feet larger in nearby buildings (albeit those building were condo buildings and I would be negotiating with a condo owner and not a rental company, but why pay the same price for 100-150 less square feet?!). We ended up leaving in disgust and again, the leasing agent didn't even pretend to care about how upset we were and all the time we wasted to travel into the city to see the place. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can't even begin to imagine how actual tenants are treated! There are so many other nice luxury buildings in FiDi - I would definitely stay away from this one.

I have had the hands down worst experience living at 63 Wall Street. It started when I moved in, then went downhill from there. I referred a friend to the building but apparently didn't do it the right way so they wouldn't honor their reward policy. Then, my apartment had a cigarette scent for 2 months. They did not do anything about it. Then months later, I got robbed and had to convince them it was for my own safety I needed to leave. They wanted me to pay back my 'concession' for leaving even though I agreed they can keep my security deposit (silly me.) Even down to the move out, they are telling me I can't move when I want to because the elevators were already booked. I'm sorry, I didn't plan on getting robbed and moving out with such short notice, sue me! DO NOT LIVE HERE! The management is absolutely terrible and it is not safe.
