Pros: Very modern apartments, friendly staff, great views. Overall great place to live, Cons: Can't collect packages 24/7 which is can be difficult when working long hours Advice to landlord: Keep it up

Unit 22X Pros: Front desk staff, views Cons: -No working oven for over two years. Took 12 maintenance visits to get it working finally 2,5 years later. -Refrigerator didn’t work when moved in. Got replaced with a completely scratched-up used one from another apartment that I’ve lived with ever since. -AC unit backs up and gets clogged each summer, resulting in pneumonia from breathing in the bacteria from the stagnant water each year since I’ve lived here and irreversible lung damage. -Massive flood/leak for over a month now due to the same AC issue (it was replaced last year after a note from my pulmonologist about how sick the apartment was making me—with another old, faulty unit). -Entire studio floor covered in water damage and mold that I inhale 24/7 after first maintenance guy kicked and broke the drainage tray to “fix” it. -Management and owner don’t respond to messages about maintenance issues that aren’t being dealt with or are being made worse by maintenance and affecting health -Pot and cigarette smoke 24/7 seep into apartment through every crevice and vent. Building is NOT a no-smoking building despite what it claims in lease -Entire building and outdoor areas are infested with lantern flies. Cannot open windows for fresh air or will have tons of them inside. They crawl all over the windows and swarm on you in the lobby and out front. They have infested outdoor pool area at the gym that I paid for and cannot use . Nothing being done and city not contacted. Advice to landlord: Provide working appliances and a safe living environment that isn’t literally killing your tenants.

Pros: It had a convenient location and lots of amenities Cons: Too expensive for what you get in terms of apartment space. You can find less claustrophobic places for cheaper, at least slightly.

Pros: Beautiful Pleasant building!! Cons: Only one included amenity sitting garden Advice to landlord: More included amenities or lower amenities price

Unit D Pros: - Dog friendly, near dog park, have dog daycare in building - Large trash room - Some doorman are really nice, the others are at least fine Cons: - Inconvenient package picking up, the valet hours sucks - Do not pay for the personal trainer in the gym

Unit 18m Pros: New building 3 pools rich feeling appearance Cons: Poor management a bit racist not fan gays Advice to landlord: Overhaul your management ! Rudest people I’ve ever encountered leasing is nice !

Pros: Views - I faced the water on a high floor and it’s one of the best views in the city Cons: Some of the reviews mention warped floors and mold in the bathroom. While the ventilation in the bathroom could use a little improvement, I did notice some of the floor warping by the fridge in the first unit. I didn’t have this issue when I moved to a higher floor.. there are 1100 units in here so it’s the luck of the draw. Advice to landlord: Huge property management company I doubt the owner would read advice

Pros: Beautiful building and lobby, well maintained, nice top quality apartment, quiet, friendly staff. Cons: Lots of noise from 11th Avenue traffic when windows are open, private park is disturbed by UPS building exhaust fans next door, occasionally one of the elevators is down causing long waits and crowds for the others. Advice to landlord: I love living here. I wish something could be done about the loud UPS exhaust fans next door that disturb the park area. They sound like jet engines.

Pros: Very modern and clean. Didn’t have insect problems. Cons: Walls are a little but thin. Advice to landlord: Faster response to maintenance issues.
