Unit 8J Pros: One of the most spacious kitchens I've seen in Manhattan with lovely countertops and appliances. Upper floor apartments have balconies, which are quite nice especially in the summer months. Rooms all have views regardless of which direction they're facing. Cons: Clothes got stolen from the in-building laundromat and the building was only able to recover a fraction of the clothing. Advice to landlord: Better security footage screening for laundromat.

Pros: Responsive management, well kept Cons: Loud neighbors (loud parties by banker bros are common, though thick walls help), traffic noise if facing 42nd St

Pros: The management are very friendly some aren’t watch out for one in particular a doorman. Besides that I live at Riverbank for more than 6 years and it is my fav building Cons: Raised rent often. Advice to landlord: Try and ask your tenant what they want before changing things.

Pros: Amenities were nice Cons: Didn’t have working gas for the stove for about half the lease. Management had poor communication over it, took a tenant-led uproar to get some sort of rent reduction for it. Kitchen and bathroom perpetually had bugs.
