I’m a resident of Chelsea Landmark for long time. It’s convenient to live there , close to everywhere. Shopping areas , metro stations, parks close by. Pharmacy around the corner. More important, supermarket in same building . Service in the building like dry cleaning, or ups service it’s available as well.

Great apartment complex with caring staff with a location that can't be beat. Just take one look in the lobby and you can see that they maintain things very well and handle all the small details- such as the fresh seasonal foliage in the center of the lobby.

This is a great building with an experienced, caring, and wonderful staff and a management team that understands the needs of the residents. The people in the building are all very nice and considerate.

Great. Lots of construction in neighboring units gets a little annoying but other than that I’m happy. Everyone is nice, helpful and go above and beyond! Other residents seems cool-people aren’t super social though and I wonder if a social event could be something to consider

The Chelsea Landmark is a beautiful, community-oriented place to live. I love using the amenities - they are in top condition. The staff's friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism are unparalleled to any other apartment in NYC I have lived in. A true community. 12/10!
