I am a happy tenant of the Landmark for 3 years now! We have the kindest staff and support you could imagine. Have never had to look for another apartment since moving to NYC given the convenience, location, and beauty of this building and neighborhood!

The Chelsea Landmark is an amazing building on every level. Fantastic location -- at the heart of 3 fantastic neighborhoods. Great apartment finishes and layouts with an abundance of natural light. Incredible staff that really make you feel at home.

The building, the amenities and the staff make the Chelsea Landmark a fantastic place to live. The common spaces including the third floor and the rooftop (with absolutely amazing views) make it very special.

I love the chelsea landmark; great building and staff. The surrounding neighborhood used to be better but that's not the buildings fault. Maintenance and lobby staff are great. Highly recommend the community

The Best ! Work orders are responded to quickly and taken care of. The maintenance crew are prompt and respectful. The Best ! Never had an issue. I definitely do recommend the crew. Best service ever !
