Great building, but unfortunately last three years dealing with marijuana odor coming into my unit from the downstairs neighbor. Property management are not able to do anything even after the same neighbor threatened us outside of the building. So the management gave us two options: 1. Move into another unit at our expense and pay $1500-$2500 more per month, depending on the unit that we choose to move into. 2. Break the lease and move in somewhere else. We will be moving out this year for the sake of my family's health. Also, elevators keep braking frequently. Stuff is very friendly and helpful the only reason I add a star. Will update this review after the problem is resolved.

Do not move here they are liars when it comes to being honest about 535W43rd street apartments.i put a work order in on the 1st of September for my refrigerator and they show up 1week and 3 days later to so-called fix it and the jack azz of a so called maintenance guy put a used broken part in it and them the freezer stopped working long with the fridge.i lost over $ dollars in food and and then the manager Erika try’s to blame. Me for the food lost because of her incompetence staff though he admitted he put in broken pet that was so called put back in lied to her and say he. Never told me that and I reminded her I spoke to him the day he say he. So-called fixed it and. Told him the. Fridge was still not kept saying I had to give the timer time. To reset..which I knew was bullcrap cause I used to do apartment maintenance and. Know ain’t no fridge need to I have to take them to court for my lost food. STAY away from this dumpster of a building cause it’s not worth the money they be. Asking folks to also. The. North tower elevator has been out since late November of 23 and her we are headed into 2024 and it’s still out they lie and say they waiting ona part from Germany whenin truth Demont do not pay their bills so the company that fix elevator refuse to come work in-the. Death traps elevator .they also been told by the elevator repair company that the elevator are faulty and need to be replaced yet they want to patch things .causes they are cheap slumlord..had someone stuck in the elevator and mismanagement told staff to not call the fire department cause they where just going to break the door to get they people stuck in it out..had a older man stuck in the lobby and another one stuck in Mai’s ap cause the elevator are always Just so you know the south tower elevator goes out just as much as the.
