FTM BLDG FACADES AND APPURTENANCES. AT EXPOSURE 1 & 4 OBSERVED CRACKS AND BROKEN CONCRETE LINTELS AND CRACKS IN MASONRY BRICKS WITH DETERIOATED MORTAR JOINTS IN MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. REMEDY: MAINTAIN BLDG FACADE, PROVIDE SAFETY MEASURES, REPAR DEFECTIVE FACADES AS PER 1 RCNY 103-04

DUE TO HAZARD POSED BY 70 BEACH ST, S.I THERE IS AN L-SHAPED BRICK WALL ON THE ROOF OF 70 BEACH ST WHICH HAS STEEL BEAMS AS BRACING AND APPEARS TO BE UNSTABLE AND IS CAUSING AN OVERHEAD HAZARD TO 72 BEACH ST, S.I. REMEDY: VACATE ENTIRE REAR YARD

DEFECT WINDOWS WITH DAMAGE LINTELS AND SILLS SPALLING BRICKS AT EXP 2 MISSING STONE AT PARAPET. REMEDY: MAINTAIN EXTERIOR BLDG FACADE

REMEDY: TAKE AND PROVIDE SAFETY MEASURES TO SECURE PUBLIC SAFETY AT EXP 1,2 AND 4 NORTHEAST AND WEST ELEVATIONS TAKE IMMED ACTIONS UNDER SUPERV OF A LIC PROF ENG'R TO REMOVE ALL UNSAFE CONDITIONS SUCH AS CRACKED LOOS CRACKED MASONRY. DISCONNECTED PIPING. ENGINNER TO PROVIDE DAILY FACADE CONDITIONS TO NYC DOB
