Pros: Good location near campus, can be spacious (tho some apartments are arbitrarily divided for new bedrooms) Cons: Rude management, constant roach infestation, and constant package theft Had a black mold infestation in the bathroom that management took weeks to fix and only painted over the mold spores

Pros: Location is incredible. Room sizes and light is good on upper floors. Lots of windows. Cons: Laundry room is inadequate and overpriced. Cockroaches. Infestations. Atrocious elevator. Cold super and security. Advice to landlord: New elevator. Take the management more seriously and bring things into the 21st century.
