Pros: The ability to see the 4th of July fireworks really well from the top of the building. Cons: Communal ventilation meant the young neighbors that vomit in the carpeted hallway and smoke weed from the floor above I can smell it in my unit

Pros: Friendly staff. Great concierges. Cons: Units feel older than they supposedly are. Had a pretty bad pest issue within the first few weeks of living here. That spoils the entire experience.

Pros: Amazing views and far enough away from the craziness but still close when you need a good night out in the city Cons: The people that gather in the street more on the weekends making unnecessary noise. Advice to landlord: More residential get togethers
