Pros: super clean & safe building! Overall great service from friendly doormen, facilities team & management was always super responsive Cons: The neighborhood can get seedy late at night. Thankfully there is 24-7 security around the building. Never felt unsafe Advice to landlord: Rooftop? No late fees on rent.
