Pros: Got a great deal during covid and was able to get a deal when renewing. had an awesome view and balcony. kitchens updated. great staff. Cons: only had one working elevator for well over a year. rent increased substantially in 2022, no longer worth it to live there. Advice to landlord: fix the elevator, communicate elevator interruptions

Unit 15B Pros: -Accessible to Murray Hill area -Very timely maintenance requests -Package room reliable -Large laundry room -Private terraces -Empire state building views -24 hour doorman Cons: -Long walk to 6 Train -Intermittent issues with roaches know throughout all buildings -Doormen will not accept grocery deliveries -Outdated hallways/Lobbies Advice to landlord: -Update the hallways/common areas -Better options for refrigerated grocery delivery

Pros: I enjoyed how nice the leasing office was and all of the amenities they had to offer Cons: I didn’t enjoy no ac in the living room, and there’s only one elevator working for a 16 floor complex, because they’re renovating them
