Pros: Everything was responsive but if you were street facing you could obviously hear some noise. Good otherwise. Cons: No major complaints. Water pressure could be better.

Pros: I rented in the coop directly from an owner. They were incredibly responsive and the doorman were great. Cons: It was older and the studios are small. But I really don’t have complaints.

Pros: The staff is WONDERFUL, the location is ideal, the laundry room has plenty of machines, the doormen are always there to accept packages. Cons: Long board approval process, large water bugs in the summer Advice to landlord: Keep up the good work and maybe bring the exterminator in more often

Pros: Bldg: Doorman building, live-in super. Handicap accessible. Laundry and bike storage. Clean well-lit basement (laundry, storage). Apt: Cozy, steam heated (never cold), clean bathroom and kitchen, hardwood floors, lots of natural light, thick walls (can’t hear neighbors—huge plus)!, Hood: Close to most subways, Central Park, lots of garage parking nearby, tons of restaurants, cafes, bars nearby—very safe neighborhood, very close to West Side bike/walking path. Cons: Not much really... this building is run very well. Advice to landlord: You guys were great! Thank you!!
