You polish the gold doors of the elevator. But never polish the brass in the elevators inside & out. There are cracked tiles in the elevator on the floor & walls. That need to be replaced.They used to wax the floors on the landings of the hallways. They never wax them.

We have a studio apartment with a den in London Terrace Gardens. We love it. Our friends tell us how lucky we are to have so much space plus windows in both the kitchen and bathroom. The staff is friendly and efficient and the building is super-clean. P.S. I particularly like the long elegant hallways downstairs.

Staff is great Wish the heat was as well. It's like you yo. Sometimes very good & other times not. When risers & radiator go off at the same the apartment gets cold. I don't like it but if they would alternate at leat there would some heat. I've requested this to no avail. I have lived here for a very long time & rarely have a problem. .

Love it here! The crew is great and the building feels well taken care of. I wish the porters would sometimes be more alert when one arrives with packages. Otherwise, they are well mannered and courteous, in general.

This is by far the best building I have ever lived in New York. I feel like when I walk in my nerves are instantly calmed. It's quiet, beautiful, and considered. For the price it feels like the best you can get in manhattan by far.
