Unit 1413 Pros: The doormen/women we're always sweet and helpful. Great to see them throughout the day. Cons: Management had this lady named Sheeri. Very rude lady, you could tell she did not know what she was doing when it came to her job. Advice to landlord: Would be great if this building had a more capable manager. Sheeri was just terrible in so many ways.

Pros: Staff is great, common areas are cleaned regularly Cons: Roof deck and gyms not in the best shape. 1/2 of the BBQs haven’t worked in about a year. Equipment from the gyms has been missing since start of the pandemic. The roof deck furniture is incomplete (missing cushions). Easy fixes but they need to be addressed.

Pros: - location - great building staff / doorman / super Cons: - price , sq ft - air vents / air conditioning heat units suck - old - things break often - elevators slow

Pros: The building is clean and new. Apartment is renovated and fully furnished. Like a hotel. Very good quality and the kitchen is amazing Cons: No waste separation Advice to landlord: -
