Pros: There’s a lot of greenery about; the playgrounds are great for those who have kids and the neighbors are all generally nice. Cons: Overpriced. The window A/Ca aren’t great. And the heat in the winter (which we don’t control is awful). It never goes on. Advice to landlord: Heat is important when it’s 20 degrees out.
