Pros: Responsive staff Area is good Maintenance Cons: Noise Some of the houses are not refurbished so depends what apartment you get

Pros: Standard NYC building with doorman and clean apartments in Kips Bay Cons: Not the cleanest apartment and serious problems with cockroaches

Pros: Management and maintenance workers are so efficient and responsive- you submit a service request and they are knocking on your door within 2 hours to fix it. Doormen are lovely. Building is always clean and well maintained. Very nice lobby and laundry room. Elevators are always readily available. Cons: I’ve never run into a problem but the surrounding area is a tad bit sketchy at times. It is close to a men’s homeless shelter on 1st Ave and Bellevue hospital. Advice to landlord: None. Keep up the good work.
