THE R/W IS SEVERELY CRACKED & STRUCTURALLY DEFECTIVE. REMEDY: IMMED PROVIDE SHORING & BRACING OF THE FOUNDATION WALL AND MAKE ALL NECESSARY REPAIRS
EMERGENCY WORK-OWNER IS DIRECTED TO IMMED RETAIN A LIC STRUCTURAL ENGINEER TO PROVIDE DEMOLITION AND EMERGENCY STABILIZATION OF THE BLDG INCL R/W ALONG REAR OF 315 MAJOR AVE.
