Pros: This building is nice because the units are a lot larger than in comparable buildings. Having a doorman is nice and laundry in-building. The people who work here are friendly and quickly respond to issues Cons: Some pests / lack of regular maintenance on this unless you submit a request

Pros: Good location, laundry in the building, doorman were great, no lost packages or any mail issues Cons: Roaches!! Barely even cooked and somehow they were always in the kitchen. Very loud depending which apartment you are in, not much natural light. And hot in the summer

Pros: Very responsive management company and building maintenance. Doormen are all great. Cons: Heat during the main winter months is very inconsistent

Pros: Doormen are extremely nice and helpful. They know every resident by name. There is a decent size laundry room in the building. Cons: There are issues with german cockroaches. This got worse in the summer time. They come to exterminate frequently but there is still an issue in units and in common areas (laundry room, elevators). Advice to landlord: Take care of the pests. Otherwise it is a great place to live.

Pros: laundry in building, good doorman Cons: bed bug problem (I found them in the apartment, was never checked by an exterminator), cockroach problems, old apartments Advice to landlord: update some of the apartments

Pros: The location is unbeatable Cons: Gas was turned off for over two months which meant I couldn’t cook so I had to move out. Advice to landlord: Fix violations and gas.
