Great building. The staff is particularly engaged. Paul (doorman) and Patrick (super) are incrediblely attentive, responsive, and friendly. The location is ideal. The street itself has very little through traffic and as such is very quiet.

Patrick Team is the most value of the building and I can wait to see what happen when the working construction will be finish. Back to normality with no construction around.Be back with a clean building.
