Pros: Great location, walking distance to NYU Law School (and most places). Staff is the best. Cons: The furniture is not exactly the best.

Pros: Friendly doormen and package attendants (all of the staff is excellent), decent amount of space Cons: Had a leak for over a year the larger building management dragged their feet to attend to (the building facilities team was helpful, but upper management tried to ignore the issue until I kept pestering them)

Pros: Staff and security was top tier, safe neighbourhood, spacious rooms Cons: Amenities were a bit dated like the kitchen and bathroom. Also i didn't have a light in my room for some reason so I needed to bring lamps to light up the whole room

Unit 2001A Pros: I loved living with all of my friends from school. The doormans (most) are super nice and they will help you out with anything. Cons: It is an old building and it needs some remodeling. Our apartment wasn’t renewed when we lived there. Advice to landlord: Change the carpets.

Pros: Maintenance requests handled very promptly, surprisingly low noise levels given it’s student housing Cons: If you’re on the Manhattan side of the building it gets very hot causing the AC to leak from the ceiling resulting in moldy carpets. Terrible smells from neighbour’s apartments. Bathtub drainage is very poor and clogs up on a biweekly basis causing the water to rise to ankle height when showering

Pros: Close to school Cons: An educational institution charging international students the same rate as market rate when tuition is already so high, gives the impression that NYU is more a commercial landlord than a school
