Pros: good sized units, modern/clean and no encounter with bugs. good location and convenient to the 6 Cons: elevator broke down frequently in the beginning but seemed to be better as of late

Pros: Laundry in unit, doorman, clean, package room, gym, elevators, feels safe Cons: Noisy, elevators not working often, expensive Advice to landlord: Fix elevators

Pros: Good closet space and kitchen size. Cons: Building does not permit flex walls to the ceiling. Slow elevators.

Unit 15H Pros: Doormen and women always super nice and helpful. You can negotiate rent for renewals. felt safe living there. Good neighbors, location was great, a lot nearby on 3rd Avenue. Trader Joe’s, bars, restaurants. Building was clean, helpful staff Cons: Saw a roach or two over the course of 3 years so I guess that’s “good” for nyc. Laundry room in basement was miserable because you pass by the garbage area and it always smelled down there. But there were plenty of laundry machines. I think there was a halfway house across the street/psych ward or something just keep that in mind. But never felt “unsafe” in that area

Pros: Very young building! Fresh out of college vibes. Which is great for first time city goers to get on their feet. Nice doormen. Cons: Equity residential kinda sucks; elevators are nightmare; laundry room has no service & bad etiquette Advice to landlord: Hire more staff

Pros: Clean, responsive management and super, laundry and gym in the building Cons: Typical kips bay apartment building, lots of post grad kids being loud and drunk on the weekends

Pros: Affordable for the space Cons: Can get loud
