Pros: Front desk team is the best in the city. Such thoughtful and caring people. Rob is the man! The amenities aren't too bad either. One of the best apartment gyms I've seen in the city. Very nice lounge area and very nice rooftop. Bummer we missed the pool though. Maintenance is extremely response. Issues resolved within a day. Cons: Amenities fees were like $1000, which felt like a lot. There was ongoing construction when I lived there which isn't the building's fault, but still was annoying. Elevators were at times unreliable and would take a long time to move up and down. Advice to landlord: Keep it up.

Pros: The amenities, the friendly doormen, the nice apartments, are all awesome. Cons: The fire station is really annoying and the noise from being near TS gets real old real fast. Being woken up at 4am by idiots revving their engines is always a bummer :)
