Unit 6g Pros: Incredible roof has the amenities Cons: the ceiling leaks when it rains. Do NOT live on the 6th floor. Management is rude but the super is great

Pros: Amazing view from the roof Cons: Can be noisy in the backyard at night Advice to landlord: Had some mice on first floor

Pros: The roof is amazing! Cons: Kind of a fratty tenants. People were loud and sometimes left beer cans on the roof and didn’t pick up after themselves. Over all I had a good experience living in the building
