Pros: The building is mainly quiet elderly people but as the years go on, they die and their loud kids take over. Cons: Rats and roaches, loud tenants playing music until 4am, little to no maintenance support, heat on in the summer and off in the winter. Advice to landlord: Try using your brain.

Pros: Can’t say much Cons: Very dirty building Advice to landlord: Clean up more often

Pros: Close to mostly all public transportation Cons: Always dirty the workers never clean it’s just disgusting how they have us living Advice to landlord: Have the housing workers clean and the supervisor should come check to make sure his working doing the job
