21 west review

Pros: very close to the green/yellow/red subway lines and a short walk to the brown/blue. Cons: most of the staff is great but some spend more time hanging out with each other then helping.

Doormen and building are lovely. The apartments that do not have maintenance issues are nice and large by manhattan standards. There are a few issues that are quirky. The package room and elevator banks are a bit basic and at the lobby level there is no separation of work elevator and passenger so you see the staff elevator open and there is almost always a yellow cone out. The tv with with an extension cord running on the floor… it is not a luxury experience for tenants or visitors. Rose could invest a few thousand to spruce this up. The tenants are awesome. Worst thing: Maintenance leader and manager are ill fit for the job.

Pros: Feel really safe - doorman is great. Packages held in a secure room. Great gym, convenient location Cons: I haven’t found any cons

Unit 4D Pros: Location Friendly doormen Nice neighbors Pet friendly Cons: The management staff is extremely unresponsive The building is very old and renovations and updates can happen on a moments notice The property staff of the building is dismissive and does not address all tenant concerns properly Advice to landlord: Spend more time serving your current tenants than chasing new leads… no way are we renewing here

Pros: Great door people. Clean. Bright. Just what we need. Cons: Not a great rooftop.

Great apartment building and staff!

Pros: Loved the doorman Flo. She was always very helpful and compassionate and always remembered me and my cat! Cons: The view was of the parking garage next door was not ideal, however the noise was not bad. Advice to landlord: Tried calling the leasing office and there was no answer. Also would be nice to contact the leasing office by email for general questions.

Nice and comfortable place

Pros: Doormen and concierge manager are always very welcoming and friendly, helping out when needed. Requests are processed very quickly too! Cons: It gets a bit noisy because of the tunnel nearby, but nothing super crazy.

Decent place at affordable rent

Pros: 1. This is an affordable place 2. Nearby the market 3. Close to nature Cons: Travel time for the office is a bit long. Advice to landlord: Be more flexible with payments.
