Pros: Location is good, nice molding on the walls. Water pressure is good. Cons: Manager is rude and MIA, think his name is Matt. He will not return your security deposit. Advice to landlord: If you have a way to get your deposit back, let me know. We tried for 2 years and gave up. We left the apartment in great condition.

Pros: Friendly and helpful doormen and service folks around the building. Landlord is a bit MIA but has never been an issue. Cons: Building could use a make over Advice to landlord: Be more responsive over email
