Pros: Staff is exceptional. They are very warm and welcoming Building always feels clean and smells good Amenities are great Cons: Some of the residents act entitled and condescending. They’re not all very friendly. Demographics of residents is not at all diverse Advice to landlord: Attempt to make your resident application process more inclusive
