Unit 8 Pros: Good garbage management and location Cons: Had a cockroach problem, the buildings pest control came often but nothing they did helped. Packages often got stolen, most of the people in the building were young college students who had no respect for their neighbors. Landlords had no problem raising rent 50% to kick out tenants who had lived there for years. Advice to landlord: If you're going to charge an insane amount of money for a shoebox, maybe update your amenities or get rid of the cockroaches.

Pros: - No pests - Sturdy (things don't break often) - Decent sized apartments Cons: - Noisy - Packages get stolen - Landlord is greedy
