Unit 14J Pros: It's relatively clean and they're good about taking the trash down and making sure our unit repairs get done Cons: The elevators always break down, the service elevator in particular is a nightmare to use to get to do laundry, I've seen a roach here and there but no sign of an infestation Advice to landlord: Do better maintenance of the elevator

Unit 15G Pros: Great, convenient location. Friendly and attentive doormen. Cons: A bit outdated, could be kept up better.

Pros: Doormen are friendly Super is great Cons: Bagel store in lobby = pests Hallways frequently dirty Rent goes up shockingly at the end of each term lots of noise and parties due to young tenants Broker was dishonest about lease concessions (Diana Villabon) Advice to landlord: Take better care of the apartment building. Exterminate. Frequently see roaches in stairs and laundry

Pros: - very responsive maintenance and management teams - centrally located near the 6 - large layouts Cons: - a bit noisy as a hospital is at the end of the street and windows aren’t adequately soundproofed

Unit 12L Pros: Big rooms and updated appliances Cons: Laundry room could be cleaner Advice to landlord: Make it easier for roommates to pay separately

Pros: Great central Murray Hill location near subways/buses and on a well traveled street for safety plus doorman Cons: Issues with water being turned off, so pest issues and rent increases have gone up dramatically

Unit 19F Pros: Responsive management and maintenance Cons: We have seen roaches. The air isn’t turned on until May 15.

Pros: Overall, building is fairly well-managed. Some great doormen and porters. Central heat and air. Laundry in basement. Cons: Building has gotten younger as rent hikes push out long-time tenants, parties are louder and more frequent. Also, significant rent hikes (i.e. $400). Elevator access not always consistent, particularly with the service elevator. Water is sometimes turned off every other month or so, usually with notice but sometimes without.

Pros: Amazing staff and doormen that feel like family Very responsive superintendent Always cleaning and consistent maintenance Great natural light/big windows, great location Cons: Only complaing would be laundry machines smelled a bit like mildew Bigger building so frequent construction Advice to landlord: Frequent laundry machine cleaning
