Pros: The building has generally lower price than other luxury buildings (if you call it a luxury). It has a room for delivery Cons: It is an old building and you may meet some neighbors who are noisy over night

Pros: I moved out Cons: Door men/ woman were asleep. Roaches were in apartments and laundry room. Apartment smelt of gas for 8 month so we had them come in multiple times to check and they said we have no gas leak. 8 months later we found out there a gas leak and they are refusing to do anything

Pros: Friendly staff, package room, door men Cons: Gym is extra $50/ Month Advice to landlord: Include the gym, there’s not even that much equipment there

Pros: very nice front desk workers, clean common areas and very safe package room. good area. Cons: when we moved in we were not informed there was a history of cockroaches in the kitchen until we began finding them only days after moving in. We had it written in to the lease that the apartment would be cleaned when we moved in… it absolutely was not. There were other maintenance issues as well including floor boards coming up.

Pros: - proximity to Whole Foods, Target, subway station, etc. - well-managed package room, so you don’t have to worry about your packages being stolen - always someone staffing the lobby desk - garbage chutes on every level Cons: - handymen aren’t super handy. when something goes wrong in your apartment, it will likely get worse before it gets better. - laundry machines aren’t maintained (always dirty and may or may not work, regardless of whether you already paid for them) - our unit was suuuuper dirty when we moved in. it took about two weeks to fully clean it. Advice to landlord: - promptly follow up on maintenance issues - take care of the laundry room - welcome new residents with a clean apartment

Unit 7D Pros: Location is good. Cons: TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! Noise Level - constant construction, Filthy, Rude AF Rent Stabilized Tenants, Cockroaches, Mold, Super high 'market rate' rental pricing - predatory! Advice to landlord: FIX YOUR SHIT OR STOP CHARGING SUPER INFLATED RENT.

Pros: - Gym in building - Package Room - Decent sized bedrooms - Covid pricing Cons: - Managment company is impossible to work with - no room for negotiating - Non-renovated apartment for renovated price - Hiked price this year
