Pros: very clean (no bug issues), maintenance very responsive, good gym and amenities Cons: 14th street is loud, each unit is very dependent on owner

Pros: The building staff are fantastic and the location can't be beat Cons: The quality of the apartment varies heavily based on the owner Advice to landlord: Pick the U or P towers

Unit U18E Pros: The most wonderful doormen, a rare building with no fee for the gym Cons: A weird layout for getting to apartments so it’s easy for visitors to get lost. Also kind of a weird disconnect between apartment owner and property management. The building also charges a lot of fees for moving in and out.
