I really love how close Eighty Nine DeKalb is to everything — it’s truly one of the best parts about living here. Being just steps from City Point, Fort Greene Park, and Downtown Brooklyn makes daily life so convenient and full of variety. Whether I’m running errands, grabbing a bite to eat, or taking a walk in the park, everything I need is within minutes. There’s something special about being able to enjoy the energy of the city while still feeling like I’m part of a calm, well-designed community. City Point has quickly become my go-to for shopping and dining — there’s always something new to discover. Fort Greene Park is perfect for a morning stroll or a relaxing weekend picnic, and the Downtown Brooklyn area keeps the neighborhood vibrant and exciting. Beyond location, the building itself feels like a retreat. The attention to detail, the staff’s warmth, and the overall atmosphere make it feel much more personal than a typical apartment building. Every day feels both convenient and connected, and that balance is exactly why I love living here. It’s an ideal mix of comfort, accessibility, and city life — all in one beautiful place.
