Pros: It’s close to the train. And was street facing as opposed to in a cluster of other buildings. Cons: Noisy neighbors, pests. Advice to landlord: Fund NYCHA

Pros: Close to the many lines of transportation. Cons: Poor trash collection, constant issues with hot water, pests, heat and general upkeep of the building.
