Nice grassy areas, close to subways and bus Roaches, mice, garbage stays piled out outside building for dayssss on end. Maintenance staff doesn’t fix anything. Keep the building cleaner, hire active maintenance workers…do your job !

Pleasant green spaces, Eanageable subway and bus access Pest infestations with cockroaches and rodents, trash accumulates in massive piles outside the structure for extended periods. The maintenance team fails to address repairs. Maintain better hygiene standards, bring on responsive maintenance personnel…fulfill your responsibilities!
