Pros: Beautiful refurbished apartments, really spacious, washer and dryer IN UNIT, beautiful hardwood floors. Cons: Horrible management - we’ve been having noise issues with our neighbors downstairs and they have been unresponsive. Super is not very responsive either. But otherwise neighbors are generally very nice. Common areas are not very clean. The building has a fly problem. Advice to landlord: Become more responsive to tenant complaints Get a new super - is super unresponsive and not very helpful There is a fly problem in this building , stemming from the ground floor garbage room
