Pros: -Super close to the Grand Street L Stop! -Anything I would need is on Grand Street so super convenient. -Responsive management company -Neighbors are great! Cons: -Since it is close to Grand Street, it does get a little noisy from time to time from the traffic from that street. Advice to landlord: Thanks for being a great landlord!

Pros: Great neighbors, super in building is very nice and helpful and quick help from management. Cons: On busy street Advice to landlord: Thanks for 3 years of easy living
