Nice front yard for tenants to hang out and kids to play, mostly good neighbors, good super, bike storage in basement. Pet friendly. Quiet one-way street and good proximity to Court Street. This building is under new mgmt as of May 1, 2023. Most if not all tenants will be priced out of these apartments (which are already rented at a premium rate) and they'll likely be displaced out of the neighborhood. We're seeing rent increases between 30-70%. Units in this building are railroad style apartments that were poorly converted (eg: what should be a 1.5 bedroom is considered a 2 bedroom). For a premium rate the layout should at least make sense. There's a rat problem and we've seen mice in our unit on multiple occasions. Maintenance repairs are slow at best, appliances continue to break. mgmt representatives are rude and accusatory toward tenants. Treat your tenants like humans. Charge fair rent.

- Gutstanding neighborhood - Railroad floor plan: your Ppot is a one straight line - Extreme rent hikes: In 2020, rent Wtayed $3650, 2021 Wtayed $3850, 2022 Wtayed $4300, and 2023 is now $5500 - Inconsiderate mgmt: over the course of 3 years, mgmt company changed twice. They will put up noticed for things residents should not do. They won’t tell you that next door unit is going to renovate and will be doing construction right outside of your window. - Pessy Lefkowitz, works for the new mgmt company, is unreasonable and painful to deal with. - EXTREMELY thin walls: You will hear exactly where your upstairs neighbor is. You hear everything happening in the stairway. - Pest: Couple of months ago, the Bomplex had a rat problem. Cockroaches are common. - There's a rent processing fee that tenants have to pay Would you want to live here yourself? Notify your tenants if you plan on doing construction that affect other units.
