Pros: Minimal issues in the apartment and maintenance responds quickly and efficiently to work orders in apartments. Building in general is nice, comfortable, and often clean. Have not seen mice or cockroaches in the 5 years I have lived here. Feels safe. Cons: Ongoing issues with the elevators and with machines in the laundry room. No screens on windows in apartments so when you open windows, lots of bugs come in, and windows don't even open all the way. AC/heating units usually work well enough but are sometimes too loud. Advice to landlord: Please fix machines in laundry room a lot more quickly. And what is going on with a new building that always has issues with the elevators?

Pros: Gym, laundry room, golf simulator, movie room , kids play area, paid storage and gaming room Cons: Very cheap and barely adequate maintenance response. It's been months and some of my repair requests are still pending. If you want a quiet building. This is not it. You have a night club connected to the building. And the people that walk past the building. You have one of the busiest intersections in the area. Which means consistent and daily noise from the following. Cars that rev their engine, honk, police vehicles with sirens and fire truck coming through. This is a DAILY reoccurrence. There is almost always traffic on the block during the day The constant honking is a reminder of where you are. Prior to moving into my unit. There were multiple concerns that were brought up. None of which were taken care of. Although I was promised that I would be. This building does not have a doorman and after hours, holidays and weekends. You can't get anyone. Like with the consistent issues with the laundry room and elevator. There has been one incident where Giant roaches were found in my unit This is not a luxury building Elevators consistently down, non responsive to maintenance issues ( 4 months and counting) Roache infestation. Seen in units and also in public areas. Building quality is garbage. Everything is broken and / or excessively worn and not maintained. Unit HVAC's are not fully operational. Excessive noise from the being at the busiest cross streets in the neighborhood. (Emergency vehicles, police, fire and ambulances all come through) Noise from the restaurant and night club attached to the building Trash smell from the restaurant. And power outage in the building. Advice to landlord: Take care of your current tenants and they will stay. Otherwise it just costs even more trying to refinish apartments for new tenants.
