Pros: Clean Responsive management Beautiful building Cons: Elevators constantly down Sound (not the best build, can hear sounds from neighbors)

Pros: Bright and modern apartments. It's a well-managed building. There's easy access to several subway lines. I lived here for 2 years and would recommend the building. Cons: The elevators were often crowded and slow, especially if you lived on the higher floors.

Pros: -concierge and porters are great - nice amenities (if you want to use them) Cons: - separate fee for amenities including just being able to enter through the back door - constant elevator woes - if you have bad neighbors (loud noise at night, smoke smells) be prepared to just live with it

Pros: - Clean - Wonderful staff on site - Issues fixed very quickly - Quality apartments - Close to the subway Cons: - Loud construction outside - Elevators were often broken

Pros: - pretty clean over all - concierges are super helpful - overall, pretty reactive when you have any issues - no noise or smell issues at all Cons: - The laundry room isn't great - not always clean and washing machines and dryers are not great quality. They'll damage your clothes over time and dryers don't really dry to a great level, leaving clothes still humid. - price of amenities is a bit high in my opinion. Gym isn't super qualitative, and sun deck was closed for a while at the beginning of the summer. Advice to landlord: Invest in the gym a bit more...

Unit 38B Pros: Building staff (door men, porters, custodians are amazing) Cons: The wait for the elevator, the size scope and cleanliness of the gym, the upkeep of common areas, the unwillingness to install a washer and dryer

Unit PH2J Pros: Staff members are friendly and helpful. Common spaces are inviting and useful. Cons: Elevators are sometimes affected by very windy weather making them unavailable for use. Lots of dogs and staff struggles to get residents to take their dogs to the curb to urinate. In between cleanings the sidewalk outside the front entrance can get smelly. Advice to landlord: Great place to live

Unit 49f Pros: — Clean building — Nice doormen / staff — Responsive to issues — Great views — Nice ammenities — Nice neighborhood Cons: Our unit is south facing and gets some street and construction noise from Atlantic and Flatbush which are very busy. We can hear our neighbors TV.
