Pros: Nycha utilities included in the cost of rent Cons: Bad management. No heat for days after numerous complaints Advice to landlord: Get on the ball. Temperture below 54 degrees fahrenheit requires heat to be turned on in Nycha apartments. You've fail to do so after numerous complaints
