Pros: Management is respectful, helpful and responsive. The building and the apartments are great and i only wish i could stay here longer Cons: Need to install a draft stopper under your door, otherwise this place is perfect

Pros: Luxury building so amenities are good. The front desk staff are very responsive. Maintenance is also very responsive. Cons: Windows are not very well sound proofed. No recycling bins on the floors.

Pros: Close to NYU Tandon and metro tech area Good management Reasonable rent Convenient package pickup and neighborhood, close to groceries Cons: Building is a little bit old and limited shared spaces Constructions happening outside windows

Pros: Great maintenance team. There is a lot of new renovations in the works, hopefully it will be finished soon. Cons: The construction does not end and sound is very loud. Once you sign up for the gym you can not cancel your plan. Advice to landlord: .
