Pros: Clean, well-kept, nice apartment layouts, some units have a balcony or patio facing a courtyard which is beautiful and quiet. Street facing apartments might be a little louder, but I was in a back unit. Cons: Briefly above a night club/bar which led to noise issues. Bar has since closed down. Advice to landlord: None, great building!

Pros: Beautiful mural in the entry and building was well maintained. Saw the two maintenance guys around almost everyday. Building management was responsive and reasonable. Cons: Frequent package theft from entryway but bldg management was responsive in trying to prevent this - installed security cameras, changed door locking system, etc. Washer/dryer combo was semi effective and the split system AC units were unreliable. Elevator had some problems but those were addressed and residents were given rent credit as compensation.

Pros: George was incredibly responsive and was understanding (and gave a temporary rent reduction) during the pandemic. The Tsoumpas group is absolutely incredible. Cons: The walls were a tiny bit thin. Advice to landlord: Keep up the great work!

Pros: Mostly clean, nice bathroom finishes Cons: Elevator always has issues and AC units act up a lot. The building lets the super in unannounced which I found to be annoying. Bc there is no sound proofing in the halls they are very noisy especially if you live by the elevator. You can hear through the shared walls. Advice to landlord: Your units are too small to be renting them at the price you do.
